I am a researcher, writer, and educator driven by curiosity. 

I hold a PhD in English from the University of North Texas, where I conducted research on the connection between bodies and judgment in Shakespeare's plays.

I have 13 years of teaching experience in higher education and 15 years of professional writing, editing, and research experience.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing disc golf, running, and reading detective fiction.
